Candles, diffusers, cleaning products, car-care chemicals. You upload the safety data sheet from your supplier — ChemReady prepares the notification package and checks it before anything reaches an authority.
You work on your own, at your own pace. You file with ECHA from your own account — we prepare the dossier and validate completeness. We do not author safety data sheets from scratch.
Selling consumer chemicals in the EU shouldn't mean consultants and spreadsheet chaos.
Upload the Safety Data Sheet PDF from your fragrance, wax or oil supplier. We extract the composition, CLP classification and allergens automatically.
Pick your carrier and fragrance percentage. We generate the UFI code and prepare the full notification for ECHA. Live validation.
Your PCN dossier and UFI are ready to submit, with a completeness check. You file it yourself on your own ECHA account — during the pilot we walk through it with you. Everything stays in one place in case an enforcement authority asks.
Candles, room sprays, handmade soaps, diffusers, eco-cleaning, car-care chemicals. One mixture — one set of documents, in one dashboard. Running a cosmetics brand? check which of your products fall under PCN at all — a finished cosmetic product sits under a separate regime.
In May 2026 I had nine of my own diffusers to notify. ECHA accepted all nine within 31 minutes — but I filed them by hand in the ECHA portal, retyping the data from a spreadsheet. Cross-validation caught five errors in the machine reading of the sheets before anything went further.
ChemReady came out of that run: so that preparing the data and checking it for completeness is not retyping from a spreadsheet. We still do not file for you — you submit from your own account.
This is the story of how the product came about, not a customer review. Comments from people who have used ChemReady are below.
“When I first heard about UFI and PCN, I was convinced I would have to find a specialist and pay them for every product I put on the market. I do not have time to learn chemical regulations and, honestly, I do not want to. In ChemReady I upload the SDS and the system does practically all of that work for me: it pulls out the data, shows me what is missing, prepares what I need, and tells me exactly what to do next. I am still responsible for my products, but I do not have to be a PCN specialist to bring them to market.”
“Until now, whenever we launched a new product, I sent the documents to a specialist and waited for everything to be prepared. It worked — except that with every next product I paid again, sent e-mails again and waited again. ChemReady changed one thing above all: I no longer have to outsource the whole process. I drop in the SDS, the system prepares the documentation and walks me through what is left to do. With one product the difference is convenient. With a dozen or several dozen you start wondering why you ever did it the other way.”
We publish only statements from people who have used ChemReady, with their consent. Comments were given in Polish and translated. For the avoidance of doubt, since the comments above do not settle it: the customer files the ECHA notification from their own account — including when ChemReady prepared the documentation.
The same ECHA requirements in every column. What differs is who does which part, and where the documentation ends up.
We do not compare cost here. We hold an internal benchmark for specialist rates, but it states two different ranges in the same document — until those agree, we will not put a figure from it into a comparison table.

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that links your product to the formulation notified to ECHA. It must appear on the label of every mixture subject to notification. It is derived from your VAT number and a formulation number you choose — ChemReady generates it for you and keeps the same code on the label and in the dossier.
